The City of Gastronomy

As a founding member of the Cities of Gastronomy network, Dijon is to play a leading role in the transmission and promotion of culture and wine.

Spread across 26,000 m² of historical buildings in the heart of the town in an area covered by the tramway network, the International City of Gastronomy will be a cultural, educational, tourist and commercial site open to all culinary and oenological cultures.

Set along the Bourgogne Canal and at the start of the Grands Crus Route, the International City of Gastronomy will stand as the entrance for discovering Bourgogne's vineyard climates, which have been proposed as a candidate for designation as a World Heritage Site by the UNESCO.
